Before starting her own business, Laura worked for Patricia Blake Catering for five years. As a vital part of the Fairfield County catering industry, Laura has developed loyal, long-lasting relationships with vendors and a vast knowledge of the business. Laura’s reputation has grown through her skill at building a distinct and personal relationship with each client, as well as her ability to stay calm in any situation.
Her previous advertising background and work as a cooking school director has given her the perfect blend of organizational skills and creativity needed to execute an event of any size.
In 2010, she decided to combine her experience and knowledge of catering with her creativity and passion for design, by establishing Laura Boulton Events. Since then, she has been on her own, creating and customizing events from initial consultation to the final stages of execution, coordinating every detail seamlessly.
